Rules & Regulations for Classroom Students

• Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for all classes, exams and explanations and should carry their ID card.
• Dress Code: Formal wear is mandatory. Night dresses, shorts and similar attire are not allowed inside office premises or classrooms.
• Books: Students must carry notebooks, pens and relevant subject textbooks.
• Technology: The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is prohibited during class unless expressly permitted by the faculty for educational purposes.
• Respect: Students should show respect to faculty members, non-teaching staff and fellow students at all times.
• Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must inform the institute in advance if they will be absent for special classes such as Target Mains and HIT.
• Behaviour: Proper behaviour is expected at all times. Misconduct, including bullying, harassment or any form of violence, will not be tolerated.
• Classrooms: Classrooms should be kept clean and tidy. Any damage to property will be charged to the responsible student.
• Exams and Tests: Students must appear for all scheduled exams and tests. Cheating or any form of dishonesty will result in strict disciplinary action.
• To Avail Online Exams: Students must submit application and hall-ticket proof that they have applied for the exam. Only such students can avail exams on the online platform.
• Library: Students must follow library rules, maintain silence and handle books with care.
• Notices: Students should regularly check the notice board, SMS and email for updates and announcements.
• Prohibited Items: Possession of drugs, alcohol, weapons or any prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
• Compliance: Students must comply with all institute rules and policies at all times.
• Cleanliness: Maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness within the institute premises is mandatory.
• Health: Students should inform the institute of any health issues that may affect their participation in classes.
• Emergency Procedures: Students should familiarise themselves with emergency procedures and follow instructions during drills or actual emergencies.
• Disciplinary Action: Violations of any rules may result in warnings, suspension or expulsion, depending on severity. No refund will be given in case of expulsion for misconduct.

Terms & Conditions – Online Course Purchase

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our online coaching programs you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

2. Admission and Account Usage

• Students must provide accurate information during registration and complete the second phase by submitting personal details, educational qualifications and a valid photo ID.
• Enrollment is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing login credentials or study materials with others is strictly prohibited. Misuse may lead to immediate termination of services.

3. Payment, Course Duration & Validity

• The net price includes course fee, material cost (₹3,000 – non-refundable), courier charges, discounts and GST.
• Course duration is four months (100 working days). Course validity is 12 months from the invoice date.

4. Refund Policy (Online Courses)

• Students can request a refund within 15 calendar days from the admission date. After this period no refund will be provided.
• Refundable amount (if within 15 days) = Net Price – Material Cost (₹3,000) – Courier Charges – Course Fee for Days Used (course fee apportioned over 100 working days).

5. GST Input Credit & Reimbursement

• Students can claim GST input credit by providing their GST number at the time of admission.
• GST amount is non-refundable if a refund request is made after the 7th day of the month following the date of enrolment.

6. Optional Services

Mock interviews and pre-exam test series may be provided free of cost as additional services at the discretion of the institute.

7. Course Access & Restrictions

• Access is granted only for the specified period and cannot be extended without prior approval.
• Use of third-party applications, browser extensions or software to download/record videos is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund and possible legal action.
• Account transfer or sharing is not allowed. Attempts to sell, transfer or share credentials will lead to permanent suspension without refund.
• Password changes are handled only through support. Students should contact the support centre or use the feedback / enquiry section to request a password update.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

• All course materials, live/recorded classes, tests, PDFs and other content are the intellectual property of Sreedhar's CCE.
• Copying, sharing, recording, or distributing any part of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Classroom Conduct & Live Sessions

• Students must maintain respectful behaviour during live classes and discussions.
• Misconduct, abusive language or harassment will result in account suspension without refund.
• The institute reserves the right to mute, remove or expel students violating conduct rules.

10. Technical Requirements & Support

• Students are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection and compatible device.
• The institute is not responsible for technical issues at the student's end or for disruptions caused by external service providers.
• Support is available for platform-related issues within reasonable limits.

11. Test Series & Performance Tracking

• Test series are for self-evaluation only and do not guarantee exam success or job placement.
• Scores are indicative and not official rankings.
• Cheating, answer sharing or unfair practices will result in disqualification from further evaluations.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• We do not share student data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
• Personal information is used only for academic and administrative purposes.
• In public forums, students must not share personal contact details.

13. Course Modifications

• The institute may modify course content, faculty, schedules or delivery methods as needed.
• Significant changes will be communicated to students in advance wherever possible.

14. Disclaimer

• We strive to provide high-quality coaching but do not guarantee exam success, rank or job placement.
• Final results depend on individual effort, competition and official exam policies.

15. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising out of these terms will be governed by the laws of India and, in particular, the relevant state laws of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana (please confirm exact jurisdiction with your legal advisor).

16. Termination of Services

• Sreedhar's CCE reserves the right to terminate access if a student violates these terms or engages in misconduct.
• No refund will be issued in case of termination for policy violations.
