This Privacy Policy explains how Sreedhar's CCE ("we" / "our" / "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website, use our mobile application or enroll for our classroom / online programs (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
- Personal details such as name, mobile number, email address, postal address, date of birth and guardian details provided at the time of registration or enquiry.
- Academic information such as exam preferences, previous qualifications, attendance, marks, test performance and feedback.
- Payment information such as transaction IDs, payment method and limited card / UPI details as provided by our payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Technical & usage data such as IP address, device information, browser type, access times and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, manage and secure your student account.
- To deliver classes, tests, explanations and other academic services, both online and offline.
- To send important communications such as exam alerts, batch information, schedule changes and transactional SMS / emails.
- To analyse performance, attendance and usage for academic planning and personalised support.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
- For limited marketing of our courses and services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
3. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers (payment gateways, SMS/email providers, hosting, analytics etc.) who help us deliver our Services, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Faculty and authorised staff for academic administration, performance tracking and support.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or legal process.

Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what is and is not allowed when you use Sreedhar's CCE website, learning portal, mobile apps, classrooms, libraries, labs and related services. By using our Services you agree to follow these rules.
1. General Responsibilities
- Use the Services only for lawful educational purposes related to exam preparation and learning.
- Provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Inform us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
2. Prohibited Digital Activities
- Downloading, screen-recording, copying, live-streaming or redistributing our videos, audios, PDFs, question papers, mock tests, HTML pages or any other content from Sreedhar's CCE platforms.
- Sharing your login credentials, test IDs or content with any other person, institute or online platform.
- Using third-party apps, browser extensions or software to bypass security, download content or manipulate test results.
- Uploading or sending viruses, malware or any code that may disrupt our systems or other users.
- Posting or transmitting content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful or illegal.
3. Classroom Behaviour & Campus Conduct
- Be punctual for all classes, exams and explanations, and carry your ID card.
- Follow the prescribed dress code (formal wear only; night dresses, shorts etc. are not allowed).
- Mobiles and other devices must not be used during class unless specifically permitted for academic purposes.
- Show respect towards faculty, non-teaching staff and fellow students. Bullying, harassment or violence will not be tolerated.
- Keep classrooms, labs and common areas clean. Any damage to property may be charged to the responsible student.
- Follow library and lab rules, including maintaining silence and handling books and equipment carefully.
- Possession or use of drugs, alcohol, weapons or any prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
4. Exams, Tests & Online Evaluations
- Students must appear for all scheduled exams and tests.
- Cheating, answer sharing or proxy attendance in offline or online tests is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification and termination of services.
- To avail online institute exams, students must submit application and hall-ticket proof that they have applied for the corresponding official exam.
5. Notices & Communication
- Students should regularly check notice boards, SMS, email and the portal for important updates and announcements.
- In public discussion forums, students must not share personal contact information or sensitive data.
6. Disciplinary Action
Violation of this AUP or any institute rule may result in warnings, temporary suspension of services, permanent expulsion from classroom / online programs, and/or legal action. No refund will be provided in case of termination due to misconduct or misuse of our Services.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We plan our batches, faculty schedules and digital resources in advance. The following policy applies to classroom (offline) and online courses of Sreedhar's CCE.
A. Classroom / Offline Batches
- The total course price consists of:
- Admission fee – ₹1,000 (non-refundable)
- Material cost – ₹3,000 per course (non-refundable)
- Kit (bag, books, T-shirt, etc.) – ₹2,000 (non-refundable)
- Course fee – ₹19,000 (refundable as per rules below)
- Applicable GST
- The course is designed for four months, counted as 100 working days.
- The course fee component (₹19,000) is apportioned evenly over 100 working days. In case of a refund, the amount for days used (from invoice/admission date till date of written refund request) will be deducted.
- The invoice date is treated as the start date of the course for refund calculation.
- Students can avail GST input credit if they provide their GST number at the time of admission.
- After the 7th day of the month following the student's enrolment, the GST amount cannot be reimbursed even if a refund is otherwise approved.
- Use of library, computer lab, explanations and mock interviews is subject to institute guidelines. Management reserves the right to discontinue these add-on services at any time for disciplinary or administrative reasons.
B. Online Courses & Digital Products
- The net price includes Course Fee, Material Cost (₹3,000 – non-refundable), courier charges (if any), discounts and GST.
- Course duration is four months (100 working days) and access validity is 12 months from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified.
- Students can request a refund within 15 calendar days from the date of admission. No refund is provided after this period.
- The refundable amount (if requested within 15 days) will be:
Net Price – Material Cost (₹3,000) – Courier Charges – Course Fee for Days Used. The course fee is apportioned evenly over 100 working days and the amount for used days will be deducted. - Students can claim GST input credit if they provide their GST number at admission. GST is non-refundable if the refund request is made after the 7th day of the month following the month of enrolment.
- Access to recorded videos, test series and digital material is strictly personal and non-transferable. Attempting to download, record or share content will result in immediate termination without refund.
C. Mode & Timeline of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment mode (bank account / card / UPI) within 7–15 working days, subject to banking timelines.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues arising at the bank / payment-gateway end after we have initiated the refund.
D. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, students must send a written request from their registered email ID or submit a signed application at the branch, mentioning:
- Full name and registered mobile number
- Course / batch / product name
- Payment date and transaction reference
- Reason for refund / cancellation
Requests made only through phone/WhatsApp will not be treated as official refund requests.
E. Policy Changes
Sreedhar's CCE reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version on this page will apply to all new admissions/enrolments.
